Process

First of all,water,particles and phospholipids are removed at the stage of   pre-treatment.At the stage of esterification,free fatty acids are converted into fatty acid methyl esters. Then refined oil is reacted with methanol using a hydroxide catalyst in a single-stage process yielding fatty acid methyl esters. After removal of excess methanol, the crude methyl ester is settled to remove the co-product glycerol. Following sedimentation, the ester is vacuum distilled, which removes catalyst residues, free glycerin, and other undesirable products soluble in the ester. After distillation, biodiesel is discharged to storage.

In February 2012, our company undertook 50,000 tons/year biodiesel project of Shangqiu Asia-Pacific New Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd. and successfully completed and put into operation that year.The company's products are scrap tires, waste plastics, waste oil, directly loaded into high temperature atmospheric pressure cracking processor, catalytic heating, distillate oil vapor, oil and gas through the condenser, liquefiable part, condensation into mixed oil, non-liquefiable part burned through the bottom of the gas system processor.The condensed mixed oil is first heated by the fractionation processor. Through the catalytic reforming process, the distilled oil steam is obtained, and then the oil steam is precipitated through the condenser and fractionation of the base fuel oil. Filter chemical treatment, add a variety of additives, finishing into qualified fuel oil, fundamentally solve the scrap tires, waste plastics, waste oil effective use, really turn waste into treasure, instead of traditional energy use, solve the energy crisis.
