Process

First of all,water,particles and phospholipids are removed at the stage of   pre-treatment.At the stage of esterification,free fatty acids are converted into fatty acid methyl esters. Then refined oil is reacted with methanol using a hydroxide catalyst in a single-stage process yielding fatty acid methyl esters. After removal of excess methanol, the crude methyl ester is settled to remove the co-product glycerol. Following sedimentation, the ester is vacuum distilled, which removes catalyst residues, free glycerin, and other undesirable products soluble in the ester. After distillation, biodiesel is discharged to storage.

In March 2012, our company signed a general contract with Pingdingshan Yixinda Bioenergy Co., Ltd. for a biodiesel project with an annual output of 30,000 tons. The main raw materials are acidified oil and waste oil. The main project includes a set of biodiesel production equipment and living and office facilities. The relevant regulations of the state or industry will be strictly implemented from design to production in environmental protection and labor safety. The production process fully considers the control and comprehensive treatment of pollution, and the whole construction period does not cause new pollution to the environment.
