Process

In June 2008, our company signed a total contract with Gansu giant Cotton Industry Co., Ltd. for 50 tons of cottonseed crushing process equipment and its installation and commissioning, including 50 tons/day cottonseed pretreatment and pressing workshop, 30 tons/day leaching Workshop, 10 tons / day intermittent refining workshop. The total construction period of the project is 90 days, including 55 days of equipment production and procurement and delivery, 35 days of equipment on-site installation and commissioning.

Cottonseed oil is extracted from cottonseed  and divided into pressed cottonseed oil and leached cottonseed oil, transgenic cottonseed oil, cottonseed crude oil, and finished cottonseed oil. The color is darker than other oils. It can be eaten after refining. It contains a lot of essential fatty acids and is best mixed with animal fat. Cottonseed oil is one of the main edible oils, but cottonseed oil contains gossypol (about 1%), colloid and wax (the content varies depending on the shell content of the oil cotton embryo), and the refining process is more complicated.
