Process

In May 2010, our company carried on the technical transformation project of the large oil production line of Fujian Sheng Quan oil company, mainly including the pretreated production line to ensure 1500 tons / day; the leaching production line to ensure 1500 tons / day, and the refining production line was expanded from 300 tons / day to 350 tons / day. In the whole technical renovation project, the process equipment was adjusted, the equipment paint and heat preservation were added, and the whole equipment control system was upgraded to better adapt to the full automatic control operation requirements.

The whole process of technical modification, the design, manufacture and purchase of the renovation equipment parts and new equipment parts are completed within 60 days. The equipment and materials have completed the process transformation and equipment maintenance within 60 days after the preparation of the construction site.
