Process

1.In December 2009, our company and Henan Shengshi Grain & Oil Co., Ltd. signed the total general contract of 30 tons / day peanut oil project, mainly including 30 tons / day peanut pre- treatment engineering, 20 tons / day peanut oil leaching project, 15 tons / day peanut oil refining project, 10 tons / day peanut oil cold filtration project.

2.The production process of aroma peanut oil shows that:

After  kernel is metered,it will go into the cleaning screen to remove heavy miscellaneous, light miscellaneous and dust, remove iron impurities through magnetic separator, remove gravel, debris.Then it will be conveyed to peanut classifying screen to be classified.

The peanut kernel is divided into two parts.The peanut kernel in one part of the peanut kernel is measured to fry the kernel workshop.The peanut kernel has a strong fragrance through the fried seed machine which is heated by direct fire. Then it enters the tempering machine to cool down, and then goes back to the oil workshop after the roller crusher is broken. Another part of peanut kernel was broken into the crusher, and then transported to the hydraulic billet rolling machine through the conveying equipment.The embryo is cooked into the steamed pan.The cooked embryo were mixed with the clinker returned from the frying seed workshop and then pressed into the oil press. After removed the slag preliminarily through the clarifying tank, the crude oil is pumped into the blade filter to filter . The strong aromatic peanut oil obtained is pumped to the refining workshop.The cake separated from the clarifying oil tank and the leaf filter is sent back to the oil press for recycling. The aroma peanut crude oil from pressing workshop goes to 2 cooling cookers in the refining workshop.and the frozen water is poured into the pan tube. At the same time, the oil is stirred at a certain speed. After cooling to a certain temperature, the oil can be frozen in the tank for 10 d in the cold storage tank, and then the finished product of the refined peanut oil can be obtained by the filter of the plate and frame filter.
