Process

1.In February 2006, our company and Fujian Shengnong Group signed the total contract contract for the chicken oil refining project, mainly including 100TPD Celestial chicken oil production workshop, 50TPD Celestial oil refining workshop, high quality equipment production line effectively guaranteed the quality of pure chicken oil products of San Nong group, and received extensive praise.

2.Animal oil production is a mixture of oil and meat on animal body and animal meat and intestines. It is processed to make animal oil.

3.There are two kinds of processing methods: dry method and wet method.

Dry method of oil: It is the mixture of chopped oil and meat, sent to the cooking oil machine by the conveying equipment. The heat source of the cooking oil machine is heat heat oil. The raw material is heated and stirred in the side of the equipment. The liquid oil on the oil and meat mixture flows through the end of the equipment and is filtered to get the crude oil.

Wet process of oil: it is a mixture of chopped oil and meat, sent to the steaming tank through the conveying equipment and through the steam. When the tank reaches a certain pressure, the oil and meat mixture is oil into the bottom of the tank, and then the oil water separator valve is opened. The oil in the cooking tank enters the oil water separator under certain pressure and then goes to the dryer and then dry and then pass through the dryer. Crude oil is obtained by filtration.
