2 Ester Exchange Process

In existed devices, have ester exchange process equipment, but the reaction kettle type reactor is no longer adapt to the current technical requirements, so we use the tube type  continuous turbulent reactor, with our independent design, independent research and development of the high-tech achievements, and we get good application in practical production. So far have not found in the same industry at home and abroad and achieve the same effect applied in the actual production of the reactor. 

3 Methanol recovery 

After rectification through methanol rectification tower, methanol can be recycle use, bottom liquid of methanol rectification tower through the pump to neutralize tower (the pressure of top is 0.1 MPa, temperature is 45 ℃). Then enter the rectification tower rectification, make the methanol content in the finished product up to 99%. 

Environmental measues:

1 Sewage: collect rinse water and wash water after separate oil together, and put into the wastewater collection pool set to do recycle use. 

2 Residue: put soap into the outside storage tank, for centralized processing or sales.
