2.Main Raw Material of Biodiesel Processing Machine Besides cooking oil:

Raw material pretreatment (dehydration, deodorization, purification )-----the reaction kettle (methyl ester+ alcohol
catalyst + 70°C) -----stirring reaction N hours----precipitation separation line of mixed alcohol----methyl distillation----
recovery of alcohol----methyl ester distillation----finished product.

With the increase of global population growth, economic development and living standards, the consumption of natural resources is increasing, and non-renewable fossil fuels and some mineral elements are depleting in the near future. Biodiesel is a clean-burning diesel replacement fuel made from natural, renewable sources such as agricultural seed oil ,recycled cooking oil or waste animal fats. Biodiesel contains no petroleum, but it can be blended at any level with petroleum diesel, and suitable for use in conventional diesel engines. Since the end of the 1990s, the technology of simultaneous transesterification of used cooking oils together with fresh oil has been implemented in the industry. Presently, the high consumption of fried food has raised awareness on the alternative application of used cooking oil. Recycled or waste oils have evolved as popular substrates for biodiesel production, they are inexpensive and offer some by-products. The use of non-edible oils extends the productivity and reduces costs.
