Continuous Degumming and Deacidification Section
Brief introduction to the production process of continuous degumming and deacidification craft:
The crude oil passes through the crude oil filter into the crude oil temporary storage tank. The crude oil is heated to 60℃ through the heater, and then add moderate phosphoric acid or citric acid, flow into the acidification tank mixed by the acid-oil centrifugal mixer. In the acidification tank, most of nonhydratable phospholipids translate into hydratable phospholipids, and then mix with the alkali liquor which owns appropriate concentration and flow, after that, flow into the alkali reaction vessel. After the reaction, the oil is heated to 90℃ by the heater and into the butterfly soap centrifuge to separate the oil and soap. The separated soap into the soap tank to be stirred and heated, and then be pushed into the outdoor soap tank from the soap pump. At this moment, the neutral oil mixes with appropriate hot water (95℃) by the centrifugal mixer, andinto the water retention tank.
The flowing is its simple technological process:
Crude oil----filttation----add acid----add alkali---- soap centrifuge---washing centrifuge---drying---fourth grade oil (degumming oil)
