In the physical refining process, we choose the modular deodorization tower designed by our company, that is, the upper layer of tower is structured packing; the lower layer is plate column structure. The upper layer is mainly used to remove FFA and odor components, the lower layer is mainly used to remove heat sensitive pigments, making the quality of deodorization oil more stable.

Technological characteristics:

2. The deacidification ability of process is high. In a short time, acid content of qualified pre-deacidification oil will decrease from 8 mg KOH/g to o.mg KOH/g.
