Technical requirements of the continuous degumming and deacidification section:
1. After the filtering, the impurity content of the crude oil should be no more than 0.2%
2. After the pre-heating, add the phosphoric acid into the crude oil and the temperature is 60 ℃
3. The concentration of addition phosphoric acid is 85％. The addition amount of phosphoric acid is equal to 0.03％-0.15％ of the oil weight.
4. The acid reaction time is 15-40min.
5. When doing alkali refining, the concentration of addition alkali liquor is 10％-20％( baume degree) or according to small sample test to ensure.
6. Theoretically, the addition amount of alkali: 7.14×10-4 × oil weight × acid price. For the acidification section, alkali amount of phosphoric acid is calculated according to increase amount of acid value. That is, 1.6× the addition amount of phosphoric acid, super alkali amount is equal to 10％-15％of theoretic alkali amount.
7. The reaction temperature of alkali is 80-45℃, the reaction time is 10-50min, and the stir speed is about 15-40rpm.
8. The temperature of oil-soap mixture in soap centrifuge is 85-90℃，the pressure of light export oil is 0.10-0.30MPa.
9. When doing washing, the temperature of addition soft water is 90-95℃, the addition amount is equal to 10%-15％ of oil weight.
10. The temperature of oil-water mixture into dewatering centrifuge is 85~90℃，the pressure of light export oil is 0.10-0.30MPa.
11. The oil temperature is 105~130℃ which will into the desolvation or dryer tower，and its vacuum degree is -0.09MPa.
12. After the desiccation process, the water content in oil is 0.05-0.1％, must not exceed 0.2％, or it will have adverse effect on the back-end processing of refining process.
