Process

1.In May 2017, the Tajikistan sunflower seed oil refining project carried on by our company successfully completed the production task and shipped it as scheduled. By November, the installation and commissioning of the site was completed.

2.The processing technology of sunflower seed oil is generally divided into 1).press seed with shell, 2) pressing seed with husking, 3) pressing cake --leaching. Oil refining: 1) alkali refining (four grade oil); 2) alkali refining water washing --dewaxing process (aroma); 3)alkali refining water washing -- decolorization --deodorization (two or three grade oil); 4)alkali refining water washing -- decolorization -- deodorization (two or three grade oil); 5)alkali refining - decolorization deodorizing -- dewaxing (first grade oil)
