This is 1500TPD Rapeseed & Soybean Oil Turnkey Project constructed by our company, which contains complete processing of 1500TPD Rapeseed & Soybean, We adopted different processing technology according different material. The Soybean oil making process need the expanded leaching process, The process flow is preliminary cleaning, pretreatment (including the expansion process), leaching, refining(including degumming, deacidification, bleaching and deodorization), oil filling. Normally we use N-hexane as solvent. The advantage of leaching is following: the meal contains less residual oil, high oil yield, cost low, high economic efficiency, and high quality of meal for the feed industry. The rapeseed oil making process need pressing technology, process: preliminary cleaning, pretreatment, prepressing , solvent extraction, crude oil refining(including Crude oil, acid addition, bleaching, deodorization, and refined oil ), oil filling. Refined oil meet the first grade quality indicator of China's vegetable oil standard .
