1.Storage

Oil materials’storage process includes acceptance, metering, drying and storage. To make the storage more safe, the initial clearing operations before the storage is necessary .The initial clearing operations usually include screening, magnetic selection, wind, etc., to remove he large miscellaneous, small miscellaneous, iron miscellaneous, light miscellaneous and dust. 

2.Pre-treatment

The oil pre-treatment is a series of processing before oil pressing, like cleaning, shelling, peeling, crushing, softening, rolling, expanding, damp and heat treatment, drying. The purpose is to remove the impurities and make it into a certain structural material to meet the different requirements of oil.

3. Solvent Extraction Technology

The method of extracting oil is a kind of oil extraction method, based on the principle of extraction, which can make the solvent contact with the pretreated oil， then dissolve the oil and grease of the solvent. 

3. Refining 

The vegetable oil obtained by pressing or leaching method,which contains water, mechanical impurities, fat-soluble impurities, peptizing impurities, trace impurities, etc. , failed to meet the edible standards, so called "hair oil".Refining refers to remove the impurities in crude oil, to get a good quality of the first class of edible oil.
