 In  the course of alkali refining,the peptizing impurities is easy to form emulsification, increase the difficulty of operation, increase the consumption of grease refining and auxiliary materials , and to reduce the quality of soap feet ;In the course of Decolorization,it increases the consumption of adsorbent,reduces the decolorization effect;In the course of deodorization, the color of the oil is deepened by the carbonizing colloid.

Therefore, the oil had not been deguming can not be carried out physical refining and deodorization operations, but also can not be deep processing.In summary, oil refining must remove the peptizing impurities firstly.
