MCT Oil Production Plant
As the feedstocks of biodiesel, common animal and vegetable oil are soybean oil, rapeseed oil, chicken fat, pig tallow, beef tallow, etc.
Various oil crops are the raw materials for the development of the biodiesel industry, such as soybeans in the United States, rapeseed
in Europe, castor bean in Brazil, and palm in Southeast Asia.
In view of the complexity of the composition of waste fats and oils, Hi-tech Kingdo's raw material pretreatment system adopts
homogenization and modification of fats and oils to make the quality indicators of various waste fats reach a uniform state, broaden
the source of raw materials, and increase the yield of finished products by more than 10%.
There are many moisture and impurity in the raw material. In order to improve the utilization rate of UCO, it is necessary to
control the moisture and impurity in the raw oil within 3%, preferably within 1%.
Raw material pretreatment system: the impurities and moisture in the raw oil have an adverse effect on the reaction and separation.
The ultra-fast flocculation sedimentation technology is used to remove the impurities in the raw oil, and the low-temperature flash
drying technology is used to remove the water in the raw oil to obtain refined raw oil, which provides oil protection for the reaction
process, and the oil utilization rate is increased by more than 10%.
