Animal fat & oil refers to solid or semisolid fat extracted from animal fats, mainly for human consumption,is an important source of fat nutrients in the diet, parts are used as feed, chemical raw materials and other special industrial materials.

Animal fat & oil has good shortening function, and widely used in cakes, bread, cookies and other food processing. Especially the lard, butter, suet alone or mixed with botany oil, through fractionation, selective hydrogenation, ester exchange process, produce margarine, shortening, cocoa butter substitute and other oil further processing products.

Animal fat & oil production refers to animals suet and animal meat and meat mixture of oil in the intestine, processing into animal fats. The processing methods are two: Wet way extracting technology and dry way extracting technology.

Dry way extracting technology means to cut up the meat mixture, through the transformation equipment to cooking oil machine to boil. The heating source of the boil machine is heat conduction oil. The raw material is heating and stirring in the equipment.

The oil from the meat mixture becoming oil liquid  and flowing from the end of the equipment, then we can get raw oil.
