The rice bran oil making processing flow:
1.pretreatment
The oil pre-treatment is a series of processing before oil pressing, like cleaning,shelling, peeling,crushing,softening, rolling, expanding,damp and heat treatment,drying. The purpose is to remove the impurities and make it into a certain structural material to meet the different requirements of oil.
2.puffing technology
After series of processes like extrusion, kneading, cutting, humidifying and heating, friction heating, the cell of oilseeds is destroyed completely and the enzyme is passivated. Pressure turns suddenly from very high to normal when oilseeds are extruded from the expander, thus moisture is evaporated out from oilseed tissue. Finally, loose and high intensity expanded material are obtained.
Puffing Technology characteristics:

●Reduce the residual oil rice bran meal, rice bran meal to improve the quality and content of soluble protein
●Leaching of crude oil of good quality, low impurity
3.extracting process
Rotary-type extractor:
Frequency conversion can adjust the speed of cell or capacity;chain driven makes the operation stable and safety. Stainless steel fixed plates are used, thus extractor has large surplus capacity, it is helpful to expand capacity in the future. Meanwhile, high material level improves extraction efficiency. Extractor has 18 cell, cross grids is applied to prevent the mix oil flowing backwards into the final meal-dropping cell; Cycling solvent pumps have large flux, low head, good sealed, low cost, low noise, stableness.

●Meal-fine stripping system can avoid its coming into the 1st stage evaporator and 2nd stage steam, so ensures the efficiency of thermo-conductivity and evaporating.
