1. Edible oil pretreatment and extraction processing line
Advantages of pretreament:
Using thermal technology,low energy consumption;
Double crushing peeling and the peeling rate is above 85%, the peel residual oil is below 1.5%;
Large capacity of the soybean hull and flexible production;

2. Edible oil refining processing line
Refining detail introduction
This process continuously performs four refining sections,including degumming and deacidification, decolorization, deodorization, dewaxing .
The process has the advantages of high refining rate, low loss and high product quality.It is Suitable for large and medium refining workshop.
1.degumming also called dephosphorization remove colloidal impurities in oil . There are hydration, heating, adding acid and adsorption.Degumming is to remove the peptizing impurities in crude oil,mainly to remove phospholipids, in addition to the phospholipid binding protein, saccharide, mucus, trace metals, etc.
2.Deacidification removes the free fatty acids from the crude oil to lower the acidity of the oil. the main removal of deodorization is Free fatty acid.
3.Bleaching is one of the oil refining processes, which is used to remove some pigments in oil, to improve the color of grease, and to improve the quality and stability of oil on the basis of the requirements of refined oil.
4.Deodorization is to improve the edible safety, improve flavor, improve oil storage stability, and ensure its quality.
5.Dewaxing refers to the process of removing the high melting point wax from the liquid oil, preparing the salad oil, and improving the low temperature storage performance of the grease. Dewaxing is suitable for rice bran oil, sunflower oil and safflower oil containing waxy more vegetable oil.
