pretreatment and pre-pressing plant

The oil pre-treatment is a series of processing before oil pressing, like cleaning,shelling, peeling,crushing,softening, rolling, expanding,damp and heat treatment,drying. The purpose is to remove the impurities and make it into a certain structural material to meet the different requirements of oil. According to the different varieties of oil and its production process,the choice of pre-treatment process and methods are also different.

Raw feeding material quality:

Impurities ≤2%

Moisture ≤9%

Oil percentage 45%

Acid value: ≤0.8(KOH)/(mg/g) 

Granularity and no mildew.

Extraction plant

Extraction is got from the pretreatment workshop workshop embryo or bread with n-hexane process of extraction get hair oil.Production process including extraction process, wet meal mixed steaming process, the oil evaporation process, solvent recovery processes, etc.

Refining plant

Design processing sesame oil processing capacity for day 30 tons. Including: Acid degumming section, decoloring section, deodorization section.

FFA content: extraction crude oil ≤1.5% , press crude oil ≤0.5%

Moisture, impurities: ≤0.2%

Press crude oil: phosphorus content ≤200ppm,

extraction crude oil phosphorus content ≤500ppm

Besides being used as cooking oil in South India, it is often used as a flavor enhancer in Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and to a lesser extent Southeast Asian cuisine. The Chinese use sesame oil in the preparation of meals for women during postpartum confinement.

Diesel oil: ≤2.5kg / t oil (or natural gas ≤ 3.3m3 / ton oil)
