Rice bran oil production process:
Rice bran - pretreatment - oil solvent extraction - oil refinery -oil filling line

1. pretreatment section

Pretreatment section include following main sections: measurement, cleaning, crushing, flaker rolling, puffing.    

2.oil solvent extraction

Extraction plant is obtained from the pretreatment & prepress plant embryo or pie slice to get the crude oil extraction with normal hexane extraction process. Production processes include the leaching step, wet meal off steam process, mixed oil evaporation process, the solvent recovery process.

1.Extraction process adopts minus pressure

2. Meal-fine stripping system can avoid its coming into the 1st stage evaporator and 2nd stage steam, so ensures the efficiency of thermo-conductivity and evaporating.

2. palmitic acid 12-18 %
3. linoleic acid  0.5-1.8 %
4. phytosterol   3.0-4.5 %
5. oleic acid 38-52%
6. oryzanol 0.1-3.0 %
