Processing procedure of rapeseed oil
1. Pretreatment and pre-press
Cleaning: In order to obtain high effective cleaning, ensure good work condition and production stability, high efficient vibration screen was used in the process to separate big and small impurity. Suction type gravity stoner removing machine was applied to remove the shoulder stone and earth, and magnetic separation equipment without power and exhaust system were used to remove iron. Dust removing wind net is installed.
Cooking process: Cooking is the process of wetting, steaming and drying the broken or rolled material. The protein denatures due to the effect of moisture and temperature, which makes the material plasticity and elasticity suitable for pressing. And boosting the oil quantity then. And the ideal pre-pressed cake can be got as well as the high quality oil. YZCL180*5 vertical steaming and stir-frying cauldron is adopted, its single-machine capacity is 30t/d.
The moisture required for cooking is: 12-14%;the temperature required is: 105
Press procedure: To create more favorable conditions for extracting, high oil content oilseeds must be pre-pressed for some oil. The mature ZY200 screw pre-press, with the single-machine capacity is 20t/d, is adopted. The moisture required for press is: 3.5-4.2%; the required temperature is: 105
2. Solvent extraction
This process using international advanced technology, all equipments use mature equipment. Including pre-pressed rapeseed cake leaching, wet meal steamed off, mixed oil negative pressure steaming and stripping, solvent vapor condensation and tail gas recovery and other sections.
3. Oil refining
Usually include De-gumming, de-acidification,bleaching, deodorization sections.and this refining line can also refine crude soybean oil,crude sesame oil, peanut oil etc.
Continuous de-gumming and neutralization stage: including crude oil storage tank, centrifugal oil pump, heating machine, acid reaction tank, cooler, alkali reaction tank, plate heat exchanger, vacuum drier, soapstock tank, dirty oil tank, hot water tank.
Continuous bleaching stage: bentonite calibration instrument, bentonite-oil pre-mix tank, pipeline heater, plate heat exchanger, main bleaching tower, bleaching clean oil storage tank etc.
Continuous deodorization stage: vacuum deaerator, remaining tank, main deodorization tower, fat acid capture tower, final oil temporary storage tank etc.
The start and ending use of these equipments mentioned above have different sequence logically; some key parameters such as flow rate, temperature, pressure, liquid level could directly influence the quality of the oil. So computer monitoring system in the control room will show the dynamic production process .It is easier for people to control the parameter, save data automatically and form report flow sheets due to needs like production, techniques, quality and equipments.
