Overview
The technology is specially developed to meet the demands of physical refining of vegetable oil.Adding small quantity of acid or dilute base to the vegetable oil,strictly control the corresponding to separate out the hydrated gum and un-hydrated gum.Gum level in oil should be controlled to suitable level for downstream processing.

1.Consumption of Degumming and deacidification section
Total recovery rate of oil depends on W value, and according to the following formula to calculate.
When W value ≤3%, oil loss=0.3+(1.25 x W)
When W value > 3%, oil loss=1.35 x W
2.Decolorization loss: after leaving the filter, the largest oil content in waste clay is less than 20%.
3.Deodorization loss
Its refining loss is equal to the free fatty-acid content in raw material multiplied by the following factors
