1.Pressing process refers to press oil from oil plants with the help of the external mechanical forces,the main sections include:steaming and roasting,pressing as well as crude oil residue removal.
2.The difference between pressing and pre-pressing:
Pressing squeezes as much as possible oil out from the oil materials with cake residue for about 7%, while the pre-pressing only squeeze 80% of the oil with cake residue of 8% to 16% which means the cakes need to be leached then.

Cold Press：
Cold pressing refers that press oil without heating or in low temperature state,the temperature and acid value of cold press oil is low. Generally it do not need to refine, the finished oil can be get after precipitation and filtration.

1.The cold press oil can be saved for a long time as it is not destroyed ,and generally doesn’t need additive.Its market value is high.
2.Cold- pressed oil owns pure natural characteristic,and it avoid the negative influence exits in traditional ways of pressing oil in high temperature.
3.Cold-pressed oil retains the natural flavor and color of oil, and owns a complete preservation of the oil in the physiological substances, which is more in line with the needs of the human body.

Cold-pressed oil refers to that squeezing copra without frying and other high-temperature treatment , the pressing temperature is room temperature or slightly above room temperature,or the temperature of material is low when squeezing.

Hot pressing
Hot pressing is treating the oil plants in high temperature after the cleaning，broken , so that a series of changes within the oil:damage oil cells, promote protein denaturation, reduce fat viscosity, etc., to squeeze oil and improve the oil rate.
Advantages:
Hot pressing oil owns special fragrance, darker colors. Sesame oil and fragrant peanut oil flavor must be obtained by hot pressing. Almost all kinds of oil seeds are suitable for hot pressing.
