1. Removal of phosphorous and trace metals

To remove phosphorous and trace metals, UCO undergo degumming with acid treatment, and washing and adsorption using bleaching clays with Hi-tech Kingdo high speed separators and high efficiency exchangers.

2. Chloride removal 

Chlorides are removed at the front-end of the process by water washing and onward processing in Hi-tech Kingdo high speed separators and high efficiency exchangers.
