Solvent extraction process is dealing with the germs to get crude oil from pretreatment workshop by using n-hexane. The working process include solvent extraction, wet meal steamed off, miscella evaporation section, solvent recycling etc.

 After leaching oil leaching in the lattice into a bucket to drip after meal. Here the meal device adopts two cylinder feeding fin which is equipped with the meal, meal volume is relatively uniform, which solves the problem that the bucket can bypass the meal, a meal when the lattice buffer leaching batch wet meal on the impact of the scraper. The wet meal is sent to the steam turbine by the scraper conveyor. The concentrated mixture extracted from the mixing oil pump is separated by a cyclone separator and the meal is finally sent to the mixed oil treatment process. In general, the height of the layer of the horizontal rotary leaching device is 2 ~ 3M, the leaching time is 90~120 minutes, the leaching temperature is 50~55 DEG C, the wet meal contains 30% solvent less, and the mixed oil concentration is 20 to 25%.
