Cottonseed pretreatment:
process (1) Cleaning: The winnowing to remove iron, large and small impurities. Utility can also go directly to the hexagonal mesh.
Process (2) Sheller: best to use disc sheller, divided into two channels peel, small grinding degree, low residual shell kernels.
process (3) Jen shell separation equipment: The first shaker, 4,5,6 mm sieve for separation of three sections, can also be used to separate the double screen surface. The second channel can be used to play a round sieve separation, sieve diameter 6 mm, mainly isolated shell of broken kernels, in order to reduce the shell containing kernels, cotton shell can be separated once again. After three isolated cotton whole kernels, broken kernels, kernels crumbs together to soften.
process(4) Softening: Softening pot with controlled temperature around 60 ℃, 11% ~ 12% moisture.
process (5) rolled blanks: general roll with five vertical blank machine, billet thickness of 0.3 to 0.4 mm.
process(6) steam fried: steaming pan fried with five layers of steam about 90 minutes, water was added to the first layer is from 18% to 22%, a moisture content of 5% to 8%, the material temperature of about 105 ℃.
process (7) press: general use 200 press, squeeze the water into the blanks with 30 minutes to adjust to 1.5% to 2.5%, the pressing temperature of 125 ~ 128 ℃.
The aim of the pretreatment of edible oil oil: 1 reduce oil loss, improve the oil yield. 2 improve the purity and quality of by-product of oil cake machine. 3 reduce the wear of the equipment, prolong the service life. 4 avoid production accidents, improve equipment effective processing capacity; reduce dust and improve the environment of the workshop, to ensure safe production.
