During the technology of extraction, the extraction process is the most important section of the whole technology, no matter it is for directly extraction from flacks, extraction of pre-pressed cake or extraction of puffed material, which working principle are the same, but the pre-treatment of the material is different, so there are some of the difference on processing condition and selections of equipments from different material.

Solvent extraction process is dealing with the flake to get crude oil from pretreatment workshop by using n-hexane. The working process include solvent extraction, wet meal steamed off, miscella evaporation section, solvent recycling, etc.

Mainly technical index(take soybean as sample):

    Soybean Flake moisture:  8%

    Temperature: 50-60℃  

    Oil content rate: 18-20%   

Meal  index:                            

    Urea enzyme activity (soybean) qualified (0.10-0.25)

    Ash content ≤8%  

    Residual oil of meal: ≤1.0% 

    Meal Moisture content : 11-13% adjustable

    Solvent in meal: ≤500PPM (Detonation test qualified)

    Soybean meal protein content: 40-44%
