Acid oil refers to the oil obtained by acidifying the by-product soapstock produced by the oil refinery. Common acid oils

include palm acid oil（PAO）or POME, high acid crude palm oil（HACPO）, soybean acid oil, peanut acid oil, rapeseed acid

oil and so on.

In view of the complexity of the composition of waste fats and oils, Hi-tech Kingdo's raw material pretreatment system adopts

homogenization and modification of fats and oils to make the quality indicators of various waste fats reach a uniform state, broaden

the source of raw materials, and increase the yield of finished products by more than 10%.

There are many moisture and impurity in the raw material. In order to improve the utilization rate of UCO, it is necessary

to control the moisture and impurity in the raw oil within 3%, preferably within 1%.

Pretreatment system of biodiesel project: The rapid flocculation and sedimentation technology is used to remove the

impurities in the raw oil, and the low-temperature flash drying technology is used to remove the moisture in the raw oil

to obtain refined raw oil, which provides oil protection for the reaction process, and the utilization rate of oil is increased

by more than 10%.
