Overview
The traditional biodiesel production process uses a two-step chemical acid-base method to synthesize. Under normal temperature
and pressure conditions, the oil is converted into biodiesel through the esterification and transesterification reaction.
Pre-esterification：general animal and vegetable oils contain fatty acids and fatty acid glycerides. In the process of esterification
of biodiesel, the free fatty acids and methanol in the feedstock are reacted under catalyst conditions to generate fatty acid methyl
esters and water to achieve the purpose of reducing the acid value. The reaction process is completed under normal temperature
and pressure conditions.
Using esterification rate doubling technology and catalyst retention technology, the reaction rate is increased by more than 50%, and
the catalyst consumption is reduced by more than 80%.
