Technology Process of Extraction
1. Pre-treatment Process :
1,create a good production environment;
2,Minimize the total oil loss,increase oil yield and output,also improve the quality of oil and cake meal;
3,Comprehensively utilize impurities and offal;
4,Perfectly ,match extraction production line,designing different production processes according to different oilseed.

2. Solvent extraction Process :
The solvent contain wet meal that from the extractor are sent to the DTDC desolventizer’s pre-desolventizing layer by scraper through air locker, the bottom is heated by indirect steam to remove part of solvent; then the pre-desolventized wet meal get into the desolventizing layer, there are automatic control on the desolventizing layer to keep certain thickness of materials, then the bottom gets into the direct steam to remove all the solvent, at same time some steam condense in the meal, the moisture content of meal will sectional rise.
3.Wet Meal Desolventization
The discharged meal contains 25% to 35% solvent , in order to recover the solvent and obtain better quality meal, the meal can be heated to evaporate the solvent .
Unique design of steam-permeability tray ensures thorough contact between wet meal and steam, which can help to reduce direct steam consumption and achieve good desolventizing effect. Outlet temperature of secondary steam is low. The discharging mode is different in each layer to ensure the material discharging is stable and uniform. Quality of meal is consistent. Water level in meal is adjustable according to final requirements. The meal is light yellow and there is no meal linking.

4 Mixed oil Evaporation and Stripping
Evaporation at negative pressure makes it possible to make use of the residual heat of secondary steam. Waste steam supplied by steam ejector makes it unnecessary to supply fresh steam to 1-stage evaporator. Steam can be saved by 30%; Miscella coming from 1-stage evaporator is heated by high temperature oil coming from oil stripper, which has significantly increased the temperature of miscella going to the 2-stage evaporator and reduced energy consumption.
