During the technology of leaching, the leaching process is the most important section of the whole technology, no matter it is for directly leaching from flacks, leaching of pre-pressed cake or leaching of puffed material, which working principle are the same, but the pre-treatment of the material is different, so there are some of the difference on processing condition and selections of equipments from different material.
The protile of extraction processing
The method of extracting oil is a kind of oil extraction method, based on the principle of extraction, which can make the solvent contact with the pretreated oil, then dissolve the oil and grease of the solvent.
The air contains a lot of solvent vapor . Before discharging, the solvent is required to be recovered. All of the free gas from the extractor, division box, mixed oil tank, condenser, and solvent circulation comes together in the air balance tank, then enters into the condenser. Part of solvent of condensate can be recovered, but there is still some immature gas, containing a small amount of solvent, which should be recycled before discharging the waste gas.
Tail gas recovery commonly used methods: paraffin oil recovery method, low temperature freezing method.
Features of extraction machine
* Loop type extractor takes chain gearing, is of low speed, stable running and low noise.
* The feeding system can automatically adjust the running speed of main motor according to different material, makes the storage tank keeps certain volume of material stablely, which helps producing negative pressure in the extractor so as to prevent leakage of solvent.
* The advanced miscella circulation helps to reduce the usage amount of solvent, decrease the residual oil content in meal, and improve the concentration of miscella, and lower the evaporating amount to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
*The designed material layers are lower of the extractor, is main of percolation leaching. There is a rotation of material at bending sections, which helps to reduce leaching blind angle, but that makes meal power contains in miscella much higher, need take some effective action before get into evaporating system.
*It takes completely negative pressure evaporating in evaporation system, is of high heating utilization efficiency and helps to improve the quality of leached oil.
*It takes completely negative pressure technology of condensing system, is of high heat transfer efficiency.
*By use of horizontal S.S multi-tube condensers, is of high recovery of solvent and less occupied area of condensers that greatly saved cost of the project.
*Takes paroline for solvent recovery from vent gas, is of low solvent content of vent gas.
* The temperature, pressure, liquid level and evaporating flow-meter of whole work flow are all computerized controlled; the adjustment record of production parameter, status record of breakdown and outage, maintenance table of equipment are provided by the inset database. The control cabinet and computerizations take SHENEIDER or SIMENTS electrical components and controlling software, large screen monitor, kinds of data, report and corresponding printing, be synchronous displayed by remote launching control system, to process fault diagnosis and analyze at remote and long-distance, so as to proved timely and effectively technology support.
