Processing Technolog:

(1)Section of pre-treatment process

Selected Ingredients: on the selected workbench, manually product, remove impurities and dust.

(2) Section of extraction process

Extract (finished products preparation method): the amount of licorice extract for each batch of 800kg, put into 6T extract cans, cover, add some process water infiltration of 30 minutes, after moistening, add water according to the water amount, since boiling begin to record the time, 3 extraction tanks is one group, adopt the countercurrent extraction method, extracted three times per tank and per 2 hours. Fractionated filtration, combine the filtrates, lay aside overnight to precipitate, and pick the supernatant liquid , pull it to storage tank, after the liquid residue centrifuged reuse the liquid, discarded residue. Delivery the residue to next working procedure to process.

(3)Concentrated

put the decoction into single-effect pluripotent concentrate tank, always add decoction until all added up, concentrated to the relative density standard 1.10 (80 ℃ heat measurement), and then added the concentrated liquid to spherical concentrate tank, concentrated to extractum come out, and then can get licorice extract(extractum glycyrrhizae). After concentrating ending, put the extractum into the clean stainless steel container with lid, products and cold storage handover.

(4)Fluidized

To get there a certain concentration of extract liquidity, when concentrated to a certain extent, remove some, add a certain amount of dilution water, then adding alcohol to deploy a certain concentration of products with liquidity, you can get licorice liquid extract(Extractum Glycyrrhizae Liquidum)

(5)Drying

If spray drying the Licorice extract cream, the resulting solids were crushed. You can get licorice extract powder(extractum glycyrrhizae powder).  Can also be concentrated to a certain concentration of licorice extract adding some anti-hygroscopic materials directly after drying, licorice extract powder obtained after crushing
